NO SHOWS
All regular appointments missed will result in a no show fee. No in-clinic appointments will be booked until all outstanding fees are paid.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
Please notify the office if you will be late for your appointment as we may be required to reschedule your appointment depending on the availability of the physician if you are more than 15 minutes late.
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.
